Crumb Pact is a values-led bakery born on the Isle of Wight, rooted in the belief that pleasure should never come at the planet’s expense. We bake in small batches using organic ingredients, Fairtrade chocolate, and seasonal care — proving that real luxury is thoughtful, transparent, and slow. Each cookie and brownie is crafted with intention, turning familiar comforts into something deeply considered. How long will my order take?
We bake fresh to order — no factory lines here. Your treats are usually ready to leave our kitchen within 3–5 days, unless a product page says otherwise.
Who delivers my order?
Your parcel of joy will be whisked to your door by DPD’s next-day courier service, chosen for their strong green credentials and reliable service. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on its way, so you can practically hear the cookie tin calling.
How should I store my bakes?
Each treat arrives wrapped and ready for a little TLC. Keep them in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months if you fancy stretching out the indulgence (we won’t judge if they never make it that far).
What’s inside your bakes?
Every order includes a clear ingredient and allergen label, so you’ll always know exactly what’s in your box. We use organic ingredients wherever possible, and our Fairtrade chocolate supplier was chosen not just for exceptional flavour, but for ethical business practices too.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
Because every Crumb Pact treat is freshly baked to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or taste — once a batch is in the oven, it’s officially yours.
That said, if your box arrives damaged, doesn’t match what you ordered, or you’re genuinely unhappy with it, please email hello@crumbpact.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to put things right.
We want every Crumb Pact box to feel like an act of care, from our oven to your doorstep — so if something’s not right, we’ll always listen and make it good again where we can.
